Return & Refund Policy

At Eliteasole, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some processing times may require additional days. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds often appear there before showing in your linked bank account.
